Human Resources Director
Lisa joined Ombrella in February 2011 as our Human Resources Director. She is in the office part time, but available for assistance full time! She is responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and practices, providing employee relations coaching and advice, and ensuring legal compliance with regard to all employment-related matters.
Lisa brings more than 25 years of experience as both a hands-on HR practitioner and a strategic leader in a variety of small, medium and large organizations spanning the industries of hospitality, health care, real estate, non-profits, law, IT, and retail. She has held top HR leadership positions with several local companies, including Restaurants Unlimited, Inc., Swedish Health Services, Safeco Properties, and The Westin Hotel, Seattle. Lisa is a lifetime certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a certifeid Mediator (Institute of Conflict Management).
